Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately.

Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license with experience in operating room settings.

Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Proven ability to assist in a variety of surgical procedures.

Knowledge of maintaining sterile environments and safety protocols.

Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond effectively during surgery.
