Engagement Details

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring sales associates to improve outreach and qualification
- Researching and identifying prospective clients and referral partners

- Scheduling consultations and ensuring timely follow‑up
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with leadership

● Experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, client intake, customer service, financial services, legal services, or professional services outreach.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
● Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects and referral sources.
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once.

● Ability to work independently while following company-approved scripts, processes, and compliance expectations.
