Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Sales Development Specialist will support pipeline growth by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, qualifying opportunities, leading sales training efforts, and setting appointments for services related to debt resolution, fiduciary coordination, and legal service support. This role is ideal for an organized, persuasive, and entrepreneur-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, creating momentum, developing sales skills within the team, and helping prospective clients take the next step.

Engagement Details

Role Type: Contract-to-hire

Schedule: Part-time or full-time availability may be considered based on business needs and candidate fit

Location: Remote, hybrid, or local-market engagement depending on business requirements

Compensation: $3,500 base plus 5% above base, based on performance and contract terms to be discussed during the interview process

Conversion Opportunity: High-performing contractors may be considered for permanent placement based on activity, production, professionalism, compliance, and business fit

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring sales associates to improve outreach and qualification
  • Researching and identifying prospective clients and referral partners
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups
  • Engaging prospects with professionalism and care while gathering intake details
  • Scheduling consultations and ensuring timely follow‑up
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

● Experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, client intake, customer service, financial services, legal services, or professional services outreach.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects and referral sources.

● Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once.

● An empathetic approach when speaking with individuals or stakeholders navigating sensitive financial or legal matters.

● Ability to work independently while following company-approved scripts, processes, and compliance expectations.
