We're Hiring: Fabrication Technician – Little Canada, MN
Do you like working with your hands? Are you mechanically inclined and take pride in doing things the right way?
At Sharrow Lifting Products, we’re looking for a Lifting Equipment Fabrication Technician to join our team and help us build, inspect, and repair the lifting products that keep some of the Midwest’s largest industries moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Fabricate custom wire rope slings, chain slings, and lifting assemblies

Inspect, repair, and test hoists, magnets, and other heavy lifting gear

Focus on quality, speed, and accuracy

Help keep our customers safe with reliable equipment
Who We’re Looking For:

Mechanically inclined, hands-on problem solver

Comfortable working around heavy equipment

Focused on doing high-quality work, fast

Team player with a strong work ethic

Bonus if you’ve worked in rigging, lifting, or mechanical trades — but we will train the right person!
