Job Description
Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for a full time 1099 opportunity in the Richmond area to provide primary care for long-term patients. This role offers flexibility of schedule Monday through Friday with no call requirements.
In this role you will see around 20 patients per day, assessing and when necessary adjusting the care plan to meet the medical conditions of the patient. You will work collaboratively with the internal staff and the physician to ensure a high quality of care and safety for each patient.
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have the following:
- MSN or DNP from an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.
- Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Virginia.
- Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe in Virginia.
- Active BLS and/or ACLS Certification.
- Collaborative and compassionate demeanor.
- Previous experience working in post-acute care.
