- Lead all on-site operations including crew supervision, safety compliance, and project coordination
- Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols on all jobsites
- Coordinate manpower, material purchasing and staging, and equipment logistics to maintain production schedules
- Inspect and document project progress utilizing the company’s CRM system, including daily photo uploads and field reports
- Oversee quality assurance and workmanship standards, correcting deficiencies promptly
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates and resolve issues
- Coach and develop foremen and crew members in safety, technical skills, and efficiency
- Participate in pre-construction walkthroughs and final punch list closeouts
- Manage warranty-related tasks and coordinate with the service department when needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Commercial & Sloped Roofing Knowledge: 5+ years of experience managing crews installing systems such as Asphalt Shingles, Standing Seam, Concrete Tile, Faux Shake/Slate, EPDM, TPO, and PVC
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage crews, mentor field staff, and enforce accountability
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with crews, clients, and office staff
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, mobile apps, and field service management software
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Work Environment
- Frequent access to roofs, ladders, and elevated work zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and carry tools and materials regularly
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in mountainous environments year-round
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by jobsite conditions

- Full time, Exempt, Salaried
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime may be required
