Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Active RRT credential preferred (CRT will be considered)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Valid Washington state license
- Adaptable, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of respiratory therapy services to patients of all ages
- Assess, treat, and manage respiratory conditions in both acute and chronic settings
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient assessments, progress, and outcomes accurately
