Schedule/Hours:
- 16-week travel assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating shifts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent staff RN experience in Cardiac Telemetry, Progressive Cardiac Care, or Cardiac Stepdown
- Strong background in Telemetry and ICU Stepdown settings
- Previous Float Pool experience highly preferred
- Proficient in EPIC EMR
- Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, AHA or APEX NIHSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care for patients in stepdown/progressive care units
- Monitor complex cardiac conditions and manage advanced therapies
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Float to different units as assigned, adapting quickly to changing patient populations
