We’re seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Office Coordinator who thrives in high-touch corporate environments and understands what exceptional service truly looks like.

While you will support broader office services functions and provide operational coverage as part of our Field Support Team, your primary focus is delivering an elevated, concierge-level experience to employees, executives, and guests.


What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary Front of House contact for a premier San Francisco corporate office

• Local Support/Travel: Act as a local resource providing support to other Bay Area offices as needed

• Welcome and support clients, executives, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

• Ensure reception areas and meeting spaces are flawlessly prepared and presentation-ready

• Anticipate needs and resolve requests with urgency, discretion, and confidence

• Support office services operations including mail, records, supplies, conference room coordination, and print/copy services

• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless workplace experience


What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in a corporate office support role (Financial, Legal, Tech, or similar environment strongly preferred)

• Prior experience in reception, workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, or executive support roles required

• Willing and able to work in downtown San Francisco and substitute for other Associates as needed

• General office services background (Records, Mail, Office Services, Print/Copy) a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Composed, proactive, and solutions-oriented

• Comfortable working full-time onsite in San Francisco during regular business hours
