As our Administrative & Office Support Specialist, youll juggle a variety of administrative and operational tasks that keep our employees happy, our office humming, and our workplace safe and welcoming.
What Youll Do:
- Be the warm, welcoming face of the office ? greet visitors and help new hires feel at home
- Keep the office running like clockwork: restock supplies, tidy spaces, coordinate repairs, and handle shipments/packages
- Support our executive team with scheduling, expense reports, documents, and special projects
- Pitch in for meetings, events, travel logistics, and company celebrations
- Help create a positive, safe environment for everyone in the building
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in an office setting
- Associates degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and a ?no job too small? attitude
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Tech savvy with MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Smartsheet
- A team player whos proactive, flexible, and always ready to help
