Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty
- Active Ohio RN license required at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted)
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- One supervisory reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start date
- BCI/FBI fingerprinting to be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- No open background cases or license violations
