Qualifications:
- Active SLP license/certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting
- Expertise working with PreK-6th grade students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy and consult with teachers and families
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student language growth
