Position: Experienced Dental Assistant
Location: 44031 Ashburn Shopping Plaza, Suite 131, Ashburn, VA 20147
Type: Full-time | Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

About Our Practice
Our experienced dentist provides comprehensive care, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, orthodontics, Extractions, bone grafting, dentures, and implants.
We take pride in maintaining a fun, productive, and supportive work environment where every team member is respected and encouraged to grow.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. If you enjoy working in a team-focused, positive atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Chair-side assisting for a variety of procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, implant surgery)
- Making temporary crowns
- Performing CEREC and iTero scanning
- Placing attachments
- Taking impressions and digital impressions
- Cord packing, teeth polishing, and applying sealants
- Managing sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown
- Handling dental supply inventory and lab case management
- Assisting with records, impressions, x-rays, and updating digital charts

- Comfortable with dental software and digital systems
Practice Hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- one Saturday a month 8AM-2PM
