Retention Support Specialist
This role focuses on retaining customers, improving pricing, troubleshooting issues, and identifying upsell opportunities with STRONG residual income potential. Youll handle live transfer calls per day, work support tickets, reconnect with former clients, and help implement stronger retention processes as the team grows. Are you ready to make $$$?
-What Youll Do:
Take inbound cancellation calls and save the account
Negotiate pricing and offer equipment solutions
Upsell services to drive residual income
Help build retention processes and eventually support team growth
Work inside internal CRM + Outlook
