Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and visitors properly, in person or on the telephone always with a smile.
- Optimizing patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider and staff of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding provider and or staff of service delays.
- Performs day to day clerical functions and general office tasks.
- Schedules appointments into the Online system
- Goal Oriented
- Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Check-in/ Check-out patients in a timely manner
- Verifies benefits/eligibility, copays or deductibles.
- Adheres to all HIPAA requirements for patient confidentiality.

- Provides administrative support as needed.
