We are hiring motivated, team-oriented individuals for an entry-level marketing and leadership development role supporting national nonprofit organizations.

This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in athletics, military service, student leadership, or team-based environments who are seeking professional growth, mentorship, and advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent national nonprofit organizations at in-person marketing and outreach events

• Engage with the public to educate and raise support for nonprofit campaigns

• Collaborate with a team to meet daily and weekly performance goals

• Track individual results and participate in ongoing skill development

• Support and train new team members as leadership responsibilities increase

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and local events

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-based, in-person environment

• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Leadership experience (athletics, military, student organizations, or clubs) preferred but not required

• Comfortable receiving feedback and working toward measurable goals
