ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Heartline Staffing is representing a well-established, mission-driven rural health organization serving the Cuba, New York community.

This outpatient Pediatrician position offers a structured four- or five-day clinic schedule with full clinical support. Providers deliver preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care in a stable, team-based environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for pediatricians seeking strong earning potential, meaningful rural community impact, and a fully outpatient model with minimal call requirements.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $280,000 Base Salary (Five-Day Schedule)
• $250,000 Base Salary (Four-Day Schedule)

SCHEDULE & CALL

• Choice of Four-Day or Five-Day Clinic Schedule
• Phone Call-Only Coverage (~5 Days/Month)
• No Required Weekends (Optional Weekend Shifts Available)
