Schedule: Part-time, flexible around school schedule

Duration: Ongoing (while enrolled in school)

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success Intern to support our Account Management and Customer Success team in a SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a student who is patient, organized, and personable, and who has an interest in working with customers that operate large industrial equipment.


What You'll Do

  • Support Customer Success Managers in monitoring and managing client accounts
  • Track account activity, follow-ups, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and notes in internal systems
  • Monitor account health and flag potential issues
  • Assist with internal coordination and occasional customer communication

  • Interest in SaaS and customer success
  • Preferred fields of study: Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, or related programs working with industrial equipment
