We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. This position offers a dynamic blend of administrative tasks, event coordination, and office support in a hybrid work environment. The role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate hotel reservations and travel accommodations for visiting staff.
• Manage daily mailroom operations, including opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail.
• Serve as a communication liaison between departments, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
• Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and data entry.
• Assist with shipping and distribution tasks, including preparing packages and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain and update staff schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, to support administrative activities.
• Support department leadership with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle mailroom operations efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and manage staff calendars.
• Previous experience with hotel booking and travel arrangements is a plus.
