This successful leader will work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of from-scratch picture-perfect food. This individual must have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Executive Chef Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant (over 5 million) or fine dining
- Scratch kitchen experience to include butchering of beef and seafood
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
Executive Chef Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Profit and loss experience preferred
- Hiring process
- Inventory skills, along with building vendor relationships
- A clear leadership style with a hands-on mentality
