Inventory Control / Data Entry
SmartTalentKirkland is hiringaInventory / Data Entry Specialist for a food manufacturing company based in Woodinville, WA. Ideal candidates will havepreviousexperience with ERP systems,receiving, andstrong communicationskills.
LOCATION:Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE:
7am – 4pm Monday – Friday – Some weekend work may be scheduled during busy seasons
PAY:$21 - $22

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input andmaintainmanufacturing data, including production results, material consumption, and inbound and outbound transactions.
• Monitor and manage inventory for raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Track final product output and calculate production yields by monitoring volumes, losses, and defects.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute yield and production reports to Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Planning teams.
• Research inventory variances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare andmaintainproduction documentation, inventory logs, output summaries, and yield reports.
• Create, review, andmaintainproduct and labeling details such as ingredient statements, lot codes, andexpirationdates.
• Maintain label data, update label formats as needed, and track label usage and inventory.
Coordinate communication between manufacturing facilities, warehouses, andpurchasingteams.
• Assistwith scheduled inventory counts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
• Ensure all recordscomply withfood safety standards and applicable labeling regulations.
• Use ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Excel to supportaccuratedata tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• 1 Year of related experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
