This role involves handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations within the executive office.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls
- Assist with special projects and departmental tasks as needed
