What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer communications regarding insurance products and services
- Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries
- Research customer concerns and deliver clear, timely solutions
- Recommend or upsell insurance products and services when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Safeguard customer information and uphold data security and privacy standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information
