About the Role:

We're an early-stage concierge home health agency redefining what personalized, high-touch care means. As our Director of Nursing, you'll lead the charge in building and managing a top-tier clinical team focused on delivering compassionate, compliant, and customized care to every client.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee quality of care for RNs, LPNs, CNAs/HHAs, and therapists
• Hire, train, and mentor caregivers to uphold our concierge care standards
• Oversee client assessments, admissions, and development of care plans
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shift coverage
• Monitor compliance with Florida and Medicare home health regulations
• Ensure client satisfaction, especially for concierge-tier services
• Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, services, and client experience
• Be hands-on when needed — we’re a startup, and flexibility is key

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida RN license (required)
• BSN required; MSN or relevant graduate degree is a plus
• 2+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1+ year in a leadership/supervisory home health role
• Deep knowledge of Florida and Medicare home health regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
• Mission-driven and adaptable — ready to wear multiple hats
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
