What You’ll Do
- Run Specialized Tests: Conduct government and internal tests including climbing drum peels, lap shears, flame tests, and 168-hour evaluations.
- Monitor Environmental Conditions: Track and record temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and water purity to ensure optimal lab conditions.
- Perform Chemical Analysis: Analyze aluminum and acid concentrations, monitor solution temperatures, and maintain lab equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Execute visual inspections, strength tests, and particle counts to ensure materials meet strict specifications.
- Data Management: Accurately record results, manage inventory, and compile automated reports using Epicor and Excel.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and contribute to process enhancements.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an inspection or lab environment; 1–3 years in composite testing preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a science or technology field preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to interpret technical instructions, and familiarity with HPLC, titration, and lab instrumentation.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Epicor ERP, Excel, and other data entry tools.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
