A skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience is sought for an immediate contract opportunity in Hillsborough, NH. This position offers the chance to provide critical care to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics in a Level III trauma setting. The unit includes 10 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1, supporting comprehensive and attentive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring and responding to complex health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
• Adhere to hospital policies and state regulations to ensure patient safety.
• Manage critical situations calmly and efficiently, prioritizing patient needs and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with ICU experience required.
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate; submission of this license is mandatory with your application.
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Level III trauma protocols and adolescent to geriatric patient care.
• Ability to commit to the full contract duration with limited requests for time off (up to 5 days max, noted at application).
