Virtual Mental Health Therapist | LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
Job Summary We’re expanding access to care across California through telehealth and need licensed therapists to join our team. As a virtual counselor, you’ll help clients manage stress, relationships, and everyday challenges in a way that is both structured and supportive. This is a role that values balance, stability, and the impact you make with each session.
Job Details

<li>Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM</li>
<li>$115,000 – $120,000 annually</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct secure online therapy for adults and families</li>
<li>Create treatment plans that adapt as clients grow</li>
<li>Collaborate with care teams virtually</li>
<li>Keep detailed and compliant records</li>
<li>Take part in ongoing professional learning</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology</li>
<li>Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)</li>
<li>Two or more years of therapy experience</li>
<li>Skilled at connecting with clients remotely</li>
