Johnson Service Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract position in the Moon Township, PA area.

This position is REMOTE WITH TRAVEL. CANDIDATE WILL TRAVEL TO SEVERAL EATON FACILITIES.

  • Selected candidates MUST be a US Person / Citizen and MUST provide an available start date, DOB (MM/DD), and the last 4 digits of SSN in order to have their resume submitted to the client company.
  • This position requires a criminal background check as well as a drug screen.
  • Candidates MUST have a U.S. Passport and have the ability to travel 25%


Pay Rate: $92.59

Contract Location: Moon Township, PA (15108) (or any state that has an Eaton Location)

Duration: 1 year

Could the duration be extended? Yes up to 18 months

Is there potential for permanent hire? Based on performance/ budget etc.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead PM- particular site that they lead. Typical PM activities MS Project master schedules risk logs and risks and mitigations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Functions:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve them.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report on program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

3.Excel-Pivot tables, V look ups, PowerPoint

4. multiple sites/ multiple projects simultaneously


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in Industrial background- shop floor processes

2.exposire to supply chain mgmt- procurement, demand forecasting etc.

3.SAP exposure (ERP system)


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment.
  • Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Previous experience in leadership roles or managing cross-functional teams.
