Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a compassionate certified Nursing Assistant I or Nursing Assistant II to provide care to patients with life limiting illness at our inpatient hospice home, the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Location:
Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home – 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC

Schedule:
Full-time Nights 36 hours per week; 7p-7a weekdays with weekend rotation, 2 weekends in a 6 week track
