Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team and support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students. This role is key in fostering a safe and supportive learning environment while collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support to students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ academic and emotional needs.
• Consult with staff and families regarding strategies to enhance learning and behavior.
• Maintain detailed documentation and prepare required reports in a timely manner.
• Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and legal requirements in school psychology.

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid School Psychologist certification/license.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with diverse student populations preferred.
