Job DescriptionAssistant Designer Position
Iberia Fashion is hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to support our women’s Junior, Young Contemporary, and Missy lines. This is an entry level(1+ year experience is enough) and ideal for someone who’s trend-aware, organized, and ready to work hands-on in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in reviewing and organizing incoming samples
- Measuring and documenting fit samples at every stage of approval
- Regular communication with overseas factories to support the production lifecycle at every stage
- Creative/trend/color research and development of presentations to support sales meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Positive can do attitude and an interest in becoming an integral part of the team
- 1+ year experience in fashion design (internships count if you can show strong work)
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills (presentation, flats, print placement, clean-ups)
- Working knowledge of technical design basics (garment construction, fit terms, measurements)
- Trend-savvy with a strong eye for the Iberia customer (Junior / Young Contemporary / Missy)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple styles at once
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow

Nice to Have
