Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide leave coverage in elementary school settings in Roseville, MN. This full-time contract position supports students in grades K-6th or K-8th, ensuring continuity of care for young learners during staff absences. The role offers the chance to work in a supportive educational environment focused on speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to elementary students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to track student outcomes.
- Provide timely and effective interventions to support students communication skills.
- Adhere to Minnesota Department of Education licensing requirements and school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Minnesota Department of Education SLP license.
- SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology with K-6th or K-8th grade students.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
