Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving records and CDL license is NOT required.
- One Years of previous delivery or driving experience is required.
- DOT certificate and background check is required.
- Negative drug test is required .
- Must be 21 years old and older .
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate a hand truck.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Terminal is located in Neville island Pittsburgh,PA
