🔍 Your Mission
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be the gatekeeper of excellence—ensuring every part meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers. You’ll work hands-on with precision tools, interpret complex blueprints, and collaborate across departments to uphold our reputation for quality.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and more to inspect parts with precision.
- Perform First Article, In-Process, Final, and Receiving Inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T with confidence.
- Operate and analyze data from CMM, Keyence, Zeiss, and other vision systems.
- Ensure compliance with AS9102, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct shop audits and issue gaging tools to the floor as needed.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in quality inspection.
- Mastery of mechanical inspection tools—no training wheels needed.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, aerospace specs, and quality documentation.
- Experience with CMM and visual inspection tools (a plus!).
- Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.
- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years
- Life Insurance

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
