Salario: $16.00 (turnos rotativos) lunes a domingo
Resumen del puesto:
Uno de nuestros clientes está buscando un/a hábil Tool & Die Maker para unirse a su equipo. Bajo la supervisión del Supervisor de Sala de Herramientas, esta posición brindará apoyo al área de estampado mediante el mantenimiento y reacondicionamiento de matrices, mantendrá registros precisos de las órdenes de trabajo y realizará la configuración y operación de todas las máquinas de taller. El/La candidato/a seleccionado/a trabajará a partir de dibujos, bocetos y diagramas para lograr dimensiones de tolerancia muy exactas, además de fabricar herramientas especiales como dispositivos, plantillas y calibres.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar el área de estampado mediante el reacondicionamiento y afilado de matrices.
- Mantener registros precisos de todas las órdenes de trabajo.
- Configurar y operar todas las herramientas estándar del taller con destreza.
- Trabajar con planos técnicos, bocetos y diagramas para producir piezas de alta precisión.
- Fabricar herramientas especiales, dispositivos, plantillas y calibres según se requiera.
Educación, experiencia y requisitos:
- Graduado/a de Escuela Técnica en Maquinista o Tool & Die Maker con 8,000 horas de práctica.
- Al menos 3 a 5 años de experiencia en la construcción y afilado de matrices progresivas de alta velocidad (matrices de carburo).
- Experiencia con torno, fresadora, rectificadora plana y rectificadora cilíndrica.
- Se requiere experiencia básica en soldadura.
