Job Description

⚡ If You Know Molding... You Know This Isn’t a Basic Role.

We’re looking for a Process Technician who doesn’t just “run machines” — but understands the process, fixes issues, and improves output.

This is a hands-on, high-skill role inside a growing operation in Naperville.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform mold setups, changeovers, and startups
Troubleshoot defects (short shots, flash, warpage, etc.)
Adjust and optimize process parameters
Work with robots (Wittmann) and automation
