We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Office Coordinator for a busy office environment. This position is primarily focused on accounting responsibilities, with some general office coordination duties.


Job Description:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledger and financial records
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
