Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to assign tasks, oversee work progress, and ensure efficient project completion.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 of experience as an Lead HVAC Installation technician with a proven track record in installations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
  • Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Oregon.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
