Facility: Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing
CRU MUST START ASAP - MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO OFFER: 7 yr background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date FACIS 3 and VCIC within 30 days of start .
RN for Helen Porter Rehab & Nursing: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review.
Requirements: " Dementia capable care certification preferred " A minimum of 1 year of experience " Prior travel required " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
