Our customer is looking an Industrial Painter to help current department. Candidate must be reliable and have knowledge in industrial painting. Candidate will be asked to help out in the assembly department when needed. Strong background in equipment operation, safety procedures, and hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
• Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers (including airless systems)
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety procedures, including proper ventilation and use of PPE
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Monitor and replace filters, hoses, and other equipment components as needed
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Assist with packaging or moving finished products when necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial painting preferred
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques (airless, HVLP, etc.)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements
