Schedule:
Full-time hours (specific schedule to be discussed during the interview)
Bi-weekly hourly compensation with an option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance
- Clinical requirements as specified by the office
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Extended periods of sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be organized during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance and paperwork provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
