A well-respected hospital not far from Sterling, CO, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Tech to join their growing team! Open to both MLTs and MTs!

• Pay: Up to $46.00 hourly, based on experience
  
• 6 months of free housing in brand-new condos!
  

Medical Laboratory Tech (MT/MLT) Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  
• 4x10, day shift
  

Medical Laboratory Tech (MT/MLT) Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses — including phlebotomy — to support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease
  
• Collects blood specimens through phlebotomy and conducts chemical and microscopic analysis of body fluids (e.g., blood, urine, spinal fluid) to identify normal and abnormal components
  
• Performs blood draws, blood typing, and compatibility testing for transfusions, analyzes results, and accurately documents findings in the system
  

Medical Laboratory Tech (MT/MLT) Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field required
  
• MLT or MT certification from AMT or ASCP required
  
• Phlebotomy experience is highly preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
