AWS/CES is looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing/Quality in multiple locations.

📍 Mooresville, IN & Greencastle, IN | 💵 $22.59/hour | 🕒 Full-time | 2nd Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing and quality inspection environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team performance on the 2nd shift, including Inspectors and Team Leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
• Set up and organize work cells while practicing 5S principles.
• Promote a positive, productive work culture and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, and performance reviews for team members.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving and customer representatives to meet requirements.
• Participate in new hire orientations and required audits.
• Order tools and supplies for work assignments.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and 5S practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (and up to 75 lbs assisted).
• Willingness to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks during the shift.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Valid passport preferred.
