Job DescriptionSalary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Critical Care Service Line. Under the supervision of a board-certified intensivist, you will play a key role in assessing, managing, and coordinating the care of critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the intensivist and care team to provide high-quality patient care in both ambulatory and inpatient settings
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care
• Communicate with nursing staff and referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination
• Adhere to all hospital policies, clinical protocols, and applicable Florida state regulations
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices to support a safe and reliable patient experience
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning within advanced nursing practice

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant or acute care nurse practitioner program
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care or emergency nursing;2 years of ICU experience in ACNP scope preferred
• Ideal candidate will have proficiency in advanced procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Commitment to evidence-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration

• 7 on 7 off schedule
