Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Process Engineering Initiatives: Provide strategic guidance for plant process engineering priorities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• New Product Launches: Oversee and manage the introduction of new products, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to quality standards.

• Training and Development: Develop and implement training strategies for technical staff, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge in process engineering.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in injection molding and 8 years in a supervisory role.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process engineering, including cavitation, cycle times, and food safety standards.
