Qualifications include:
- Successful completion of at least 48 college semester units, or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
- Ability to pass a background and fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both students and school staff
- Demonstrated patience and a student-centered approach to supporting diverse learners
In this role, you will:
- Provide instructional support to students, both individually and in small groups, under the direction of classroom teachers
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help create a nurturing environment where each student is encouraged to participate and succeed
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive, orderly learning space
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the educational team
