Event Services Coordinator/Sales

Job Description

We are a BUSY, fast-paced Colorado-based Entertainment and Production Company looking for a Full-Time, Long-Term Event Service Coordinator/ Sales position.

We are looking for a motivated, entry-level sales position to join our team. Must be reliable, friendly, very detail oriented, organized, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile for our clients. You would be working with our established client base to plan their yearly events and what services they will need for each event - as well as new clients coming in. Event experience is helpful, but not a necessity for the right person. We are an extremely busy Event Company (Amusement, Casino Theme, Lighting and Production, DJ Events, Photo Booths and more!) . Our company is HUGE on customer service! Will train the eager and willing!

Responsibilities:

Entry Level Sales

Client Emails – Sales and Service

First to Answer Client Phone Calls/Return Phone Calls

Event Preparation & Planning

Contracts and Deposits for Client’s Events

Payments on Accounts

Event Confirmations

General Office Duties

Qualifications:

Friendly and Outgoing

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to Use Computer, Efficient Typing

Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills

Ability to Prioritize and Multitask

Willingness to Work Events, Weekends and Long Days When Needed

Ability to Work Well with Long-term and New Clients

Hours:

Hours may vary but are typically (when possible): Monday– Friday, approximately 9:00 am – 5:30 pm in office. Possible shift in schedule during busy times in office and at events when needed. 40+ Hours per week.

Pay:

Starting pay is negotiable based on applicants’ experience. Great training pay and raise potential. Our main office is located in Southeast Ft. Collins/ Loveland/ Windsor area.
