Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Salespeople to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for process, and the drive to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on available models, features, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and capabilities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers to promote ongoing sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and dealership performance goals.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and dealership policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle features and mechanics (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
