If you take pride in clean welds, accurate fit‑ups, and working for a company that invests in its people, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform high‑quality MIG welding on thin‑gauge materials (≤ 1/8”)
  • Fit, assemble, and weld parts using fixtures, clamps, and welding blocks
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints and prints to ensure accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recent MIG welding experience or equivalent technical training
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and measurement accuracy to 1/32”
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and quality‑driven mindset
  • 2‑year Welding Degree
  • Experience with pipe welding

Why Join Us?

We believe great welders deserve a great company. We invest in long‑term careers, not just short‑term production.
