The salary range for this role is outlined below. Actual pay will be determined based on experience.
$27.25 - $40.75
Position Highlights
This role operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 72 hours per pay period with a four-shift workweek!
Student Loan Repayment:
This position may qualify for our Student Loan Repayment Program, which assists in paying off your loans. Each month, an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) will help reduce your principal balance more quickly.

Overview of Responsibilities
The role involves delivering nursing care by:
- Creating nursing diagnoses and establishing care objectives.
- Providing comprehensive support—physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual—to patients and their families.
- Monitoring changing conditions and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care by interpreting physician orders, communicating nursing plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Formulate nursing care plans by gathering medical histories, assessing patients, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
- Educate patients and families about healthcare needs, medications, and self-care practices.
- Assess patient care by adhering to therapeutic standards and reviewing health outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and legal regulations.
- Document all patient care activities in appropriate records.
- Maintain patient care equipment by following operational guidelines and performing preventive maintenance.
- Manage inventory of patient care supplies by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Stay updated on nursing competencies as outlined by leadership.

Required Education and Experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Board of Nursing in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
