Position: Master Plumber – Smart Plumbing Technology
Location: Detroit, MI and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (Salaried + Bonus)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No on-call or weekend work required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install and service smart water devices such as Flo by Moen, Phyn, Flume, Notion, FloLogic, Leak Defense, and others
-
Educate customers on how smart devices help prevent water damage and conserve water

Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical excellence

Perform fixture, valve, and appliance installations and minor plumbing repairs

Troubleshoot plumbing systems and resolve issues effectively

Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Valid Master Plumber License
-
5+ years of residential plumbing experience

Experience with or interest in smart home water technology
-
Skilled in troubleshooting and basic installations
-
Tech-savvy and comfortable with linking smart devices to WiFi networks
-
Positive, professional, and dependable work ethic

Strong customer communication and service skills
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening
